I am a Bioinformatics analyst and my interest lies in the design and deployment of bioinformatics workflows for the analysis of deep sequencing genomics data and their use in clinical settings.

I received my undergraduate degree in Physics from University of Kerala, India and Masters in Bioinformatics from Amrita University, India.

Prior to joining the Biomedical Informatics Group at ETH Zürich, I worked as a Bioinformatics Specialist with Clinical Genetics Research Laboratory at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York where I worked on large scale genomic cohort studies whose mandate was to identify missing heritability in cancer.
